Appointing regional and continental focal points, convening regional councils, and formalising community representation.

INTERNATIONAL COUNCIL & CONGRESS PREPARATION
Convening the preliminary World Roma Israel Council, drafting working resolutions, and finalising delegations for the 2030 Congress.

The 2030 Congress is intended to bring together representatives from Roma communities across all inhabited continents to declare their shared identity, heritage, and common destiny.

Participating representatives will be invited to consider a collective declaration concerning Roma self-identification with the Ten Tribes of Israel.
