WORLD ROMA ISRAEL MANDATE
We, the Roma who embrace the Israelite, Hebrew and Biblical heritage, set down this declaration as a testimony of identity, dignity and hope.

Our identity is ours to name. We declare, by free and voluntary self-identification, our living connection to the Israelite, Hebrew and Biblical heritage — a connection of faith, memory and spirit that we carry with pride and without request for permission from anyone.

We honour the generations who carried our people through exile, wandering and hardship. Their endurance is our inheritance. From their roots we draw strength, and to their memory we owe a future worth building.

No one walks alone. We commit ourselves to one another — to families, elders and children — and to every Roma soul who seeks belonging. Together we build a community of mutual care, respect and shared purpose.

We claim the right to speak for ourselves. Our story will be told in our own words, before the nations and before heaven. We seek representation that reflects who we truly are, and we extend a hand of friendship to all who stand with us.

We believe in a brighter tomorrow. With faith in the God of Israel, whose plans for us are plans of peace and not of evil, to give us a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11), we move from our roots toward the destiny we choose.
We stand for Roma who identify as Israelites, affirming this as their enduring ancestry and heritage.
